Description

For setting and checking the cut-off torque of electric and pneumatic screwdrivers

Bolting simulator for use with the DRT1 reaction torque transducer. Can be permanently installed via flange mounting or plugged into the ¼" square adapter of the DRT1. This simulator is the right tool to test your screwdrivers. 5 different compression springs are supplied for the various performance classes of the screwdrivers, the dynamics of which are shown in the diagram below.

Setting ranges: 0,2 - 2 Nm | 5 - 20 Nm

The screwing simulator is particularly suitable for checking the repeatability of impulse and electric screwdrivers after a repair or for checking the setting range.

By optionally installing the spring assemblies, different degrees can be achieved:

Screw connection simulator with 1/4" hexagon drive for use with the reaction torque transducer DRT1. Permanently mountable via flange mounting. Different torque values and degrees can be achieved through the optional use of spring assemblies and shims.
